The commands work on all Windows based Operating Systems like Windows 7, Windows Xp, Windows Vista,Windows Server 2008 and Windos Server 2003.
Open the "Run" dialogue, by pressing "Windows logo {start button}+ Run". Now type in one of the following commands to open a program.
1) access.cpl ----> Accessibility Controls
2) hdwwiz.cpl ----> Add Hardware Wizard
3) appwiz.cpl ----> Add/Remove Programs
4) control admintools ----> Administrative Tools
5) wuaucpl.cpl ----> Automatic Updates
